Today, we pause to reflect with gratitude on the many ways God has blessed our school through the love, service, and support of our families. Veritas is more than a school—it's a community that surrounds our students with encouragement, truth, and a sense of belonging.
On this Giving Tuesday, we invite you to join us in continuing that mission. Your generosity helps create the kind of environment where students are known, loved, and challenged to grow in both faith and wisdom. Every contribution, no matter the amount, makes a difference in the lives of our children.
Thank you for walking alongside us, for believing in Christian education, and for being such an important part of the Veritas family. We are truly grateful for you.
You can make your gift by following the link below or visiting veritaschristianschool.org and clicking the support tab.

As a fun way to build critical thinking, communication and teamwork skills, our 7th and 8th grade Logic students occasionally play games.
This fun game called, SET, was donated by our librarian, Mrs.
Windheuser and she even took time to teach the students how to play.
SET helped our students apply developing skills and we quickly understood why this is a family favorite of Mrs. Windheuser!

Students, parents, and staff gathered before school this morning to participate in See You at the Pole. This national event happens on the fourth Wednesday of September and is led by students who voluntarily gather around the flagpole and pray for their friends, their school and for a move of God.
Parents are always welcome to join each Thursday morning from 8-9 in the secondary music room for prayer as well. Each week emphasis is put on different classes, teachers, and staff.

Today is World View Wednesday for our high school students.
World View Wednesday gives our students the opportunity to hear from men and women working in the world and bringing their faith into their everyday work. The testimonies & vocational inspiration we always experience through such sharing helps our students to see how they can integrate their faith with their career. And introduces them to a variety of career opportunities as they begins to think about what they would like to do after graduating.
Today we heard from Lindsay Clements and Amber Stewart, co-founders of Midwest Doula Services.
