Lorian Nadvornik was selected to participate in the 2024 North East District Honor Choir. Hundreds of students auditioned in November, representing 35 schools from 12 counties in Kansas. Lorien was selected as a soprano and will perform with the choir at Topeka High School on December 7th.

According to Athletic.net, one of the Cross Country stat sites used across the country, Emmy Mast is ranked FIRST in the STATE OF KANSAS (ALL schools!) for her 2 mile time! Liv Maddox is ranked THIRD in the STATE! WOW!! What an accomplishment!! Congratulations!! #crosscountry #athletics #soareagles
The Cross Country Team braved the torrential rain in Manhattan last Saturday and came home with 2 medals, a new school record, and lots of mud on their backs! It was a fantastic end for our Cross Country Team who were competing in this State meet against high school students from across the state! (The team that competed this year for Veritas were all junior high students!)

Miriam Harrod - broke her previous PR by 5 minutes and 10 seconds!
Sawyer Drewry - set a new School Record for junior high 5K, beating the previous record by 2 minutes and 15 seconds!
Colin Christline - also beat the previous School Record by 2 minutes!
